Further Influences


Andre Kertesz 1894-1985


OK so it was hard to chose from Edward Weston, Anselm Adams or a host of other fine photographers using black and white... but this photo tells you about Kertesz and about me. It is called Chez Mondrian – so there is another influence and another connection.

Paul Catherall
A young London Printmaker whose work I first saw at the Pallant House Gallery in Chichester. I know very little about him but I just admire the simplicity of his work.
